Before you join
Please show up ready — here's what we ask.
Show up in a quiet environment with a pen and paper ready. We're going to go through a lot of detail about how the AI Receptionist works for your shop, and we want you to be fully present.

If you're in a truck, on a job site, or in a loud environment we'll have to reschedule — those calls don't work for you or for us.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment without notice, our system will not allow you to rebook.
